K.Stein Designs does our best to offer the best quality of items possible. 

If item is received damaged please contact K.Stein Designs within a week of receiving item to ensure replacement to be sent. Everything is made custom to customer. 

Please allow two weeks after online STORE Closing for production and to receive shipped items.
