Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
Shipping rates may vary per order of sizing and weight. Client pays for shipping unless stated otherwise.
If something is needed to be returned due to damage. You will pay for shipping back to K.Stein Designs we will then cover the shipment of the new item or we will credit your account.
Return & Exchange Policy
*We accept NO returns or exchanges.** We do not provide refunds on items due to all orders being custom for every customer. K.Stein Designs offers custom designs and prints per client. Design and Prints are sized accurately to what is ordered. If you ordered the wrong size of something we are glad to create another piece for you but we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges because every item is custom to the client. The only time something is accepted as a return or exchange if the item arrives damaged. K.Stein Designs will reprint damaged product once proof is provided or item is sent back.
Clients who provide their own artwork will be printed AS IS unless stated otherwise. Print quality is based off of artwork provided by client. We are not responsible for poor print quality due to the artwork document. We will walk clients through how to best send us highest resolution artwork they possibly have. Any redesign / or editing may result in an extra fee then the original print quote due to extra time on the artwork.
Customers are allowed 1 WEEK after receiving item to notify K.Stein Designs of damages upon arrival.
All items are PROOFED by client before printed or sent over to client. If there is a spelling error and is not caught by client, and item is printed. The client is responsible for paying for reprint. K.Stein Designs tries to proof everything in the design process but it is possible spelling errors can be missed. That is why it is IMPORTANT for clients to proof the designs and information before approving to avoid errors or reprints.
**K.Stein Designs is not at fault for items being damaged in use or in the mail. Proof will need to be documented before new item is shipped. We will cover cost of damaged item and ship for free.**
